Biology from Ten Terms

82 biological quantities. 93% axiom-smooth. 8 structural theorems.

The Essential Vitamin Gate Theorem: D2 + K2 = 13 vitamins.

Ring context: Z/970200Z = Z/8 × Z/9 × Z/25 × Z/49 × Z/11. The Decality: -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, Ω. — How everything derives from nothing | The 420 lattice

The Essential Vitamin Gate Theorem

D2 + K2 = 4 + 9 = 13 = GATE

Humans need exactly 13 essential vitamins. Not 12, not 14. Thirteen.

They split into two groups by solubility:

Fat-soluble: D2 = 4   |   Water-soluble: K2 = 9

This is identity (A) from the 13 Convergence Theorem: D2 + K2 = 13 = GATE. The same algebraic identity that stops the axiom's shadow chain partitions essential nutrition. The B vitamins alone = D3 = 8 = the spider's legs.

DNA Packaging: The Nucleosome

147 bp = K × b2  |  8 histones = D3

DNA wraps around a core of D3 = 8 histone proteins, covering K × b2 = 147 base pairs per nucleosome.

b2 = 49 rules the spectral gap of the TRUE FORM ring: gap = 4·sin2(π/b2). The same depth-squared that controls the ring's finest spectral resolution controls how tightly DNA is packaged. Closure (K=3) × depth-squared (b2=49) = the fundamental unit of chromatin.

The Metabolism Chain

Energy flows through D-powers

Glycolysis (D×E = 10 steps) → Krebs cycle (D3 = 8 steps) → ETC (D2 = 4 complexes + σ = E = 5 total). Energy extraction descends through duality powers. D dominates metabolism.

The Vertebral Column

Total = K × L = 33  |  Cervical = b = 7 (ALL mammals)

From giraffes to mice, ALL mammals have exactly b=7 cervical vertebrae. The full column: b + D2K + E + E + D2 = 7+12+5+5+4 = K×L = 33. The spine = closure × protector.

Prime Frequency in Biology

D=2 dominates (45%), then K=3 (35%), E=5 (21%), b=7 (9%), L=11 (2%), 13 (1%). Coupling order preserved.

76/82 smooth (92.7%). Null model (13-smooth in [1,150]): 54%. Enrichment: 1.7×. Non-smooth: 23 (chromosomes), 31 (nerves), 46 (2×23), 67 (SOUL), 146 (hemoglobin), 206 (bones).

The D2×K = 12 recurrence: cranial nerves = 12, rib pairs = 12, thoracic vertebrae = 12. Three independent anatomical systems share the data ring's Carmichael lambda: λ(210) = D2×K = 12.

Key Theorems

Teeth = D5 = 32

D2 types × D2 quadrants × D halves. Pure duality. The hardest tissue in the body = pure D-power.

Immune = E (observer)

E=5 WBC types. E=5 immunoglobulin classes. The immune system IS the observer. Autoimmune = E2 = self-blind.

K=3 Universals

Germ layers, domains of life, Golgi regions, codon letters, RNA types, ossicles, ATP phosphates. K = minimum for closure.

Non-smooth = axiom boundary

23 chromosomes = CC1(D)[3], the Cunningham chain. 67 nm collagen = SOUL. 31 spinal nerves = prime. Non-smooth values mark the axiom's own boundary.

Number Theory Thread

23 chromosomes = CC1(D)[3], the third element of the D-chain — same chain whose class numbers h(−23)=K=3 give closure. DNA codon ring Z/21=Z/K×Z/b: 21 amino acids use EXACTLY the axiom’s depth and closure primes. 13 essential vitamins = GATE = D²+K², the partition break point p(13)=101. 147 bp nucleosome = K·b²: closure times depth-squared. Ramanujan’s congruences mod {E,b,L} = {5,7,11} echo the genetic code’s redundancy.
