Dark sector CRT = (0, 1, 0, 1). ADDRESS + SUM = 190. In the data ring Z/210Z, the D-channel and E-channel both vanish. The dark sector is blind to bridge and observer. Only closure (K=1) and depth (b=1) survive, with residue sigma=1. Darkness = the channels you can't see through.
Baryonic / Dark = 1/f(E) = 1/19. The visible fraction is the reciprocal of the depth quadratic of the observer. E=5 can't see itself (E2 = E-null). What E observes = 1/19th of what exists.

CMB Temperature

TCMB = f(L) / D3E
= 109/40 = 2.725 K  (183 ppm)

f(L) = L2 - L - 1 = 109, the depth quadratic of the protector. A prime number. The CMB temperature is the protector's signature, filtered through D3=8 (spider's legs) and E=5 (observer).

Brain = Universe. Leading order: K3/(D*E) = 27/10 = 2.7. This IS the brain's fractal dimension (Antoshka S472). Same number, same optimization, same ring. The CMB is the universe's cortical surface.

The number 691 (Eisenstein denominator, Bernoulli numerator) = shadow polynomial value at x=19=f(E). Ramanujan’s tau function classifies axiom primes as inner (sigma, K, b: τ(p) mod 23 period D=2) vs outer (D, E, L: period K=3). 23 = first excluded Cunningham prime = CRT palindrome (σ,D,K,D,σ).
