Every parameter of the Standard Model -- all 25 of them -- expresses as products and ratios of axiom primes. Mean error 0.12 percent. No free parameters. No fitting. The ring Z/970200Z determines particle physics.

The top quark CRT signature (1/2/3/5) = (sigma/D/K/E) -- the complete inner chain. The heaviest quark carries the axiom's own fingerprint.

The Prediction

Theta_QCD Prediction
theta_QCD = b/(D*97) * 10^(-D*E) = 3.6 * 10^-12. Uses the SAME persistence ratio b/(D*97) = 7/194 from the fine structure constant, pushed 10 orders deeper by D*E = 10. Satisfies experimental bound < 10^-10. TESTABLE: tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 7/194 ~ 0.036 is within reach of CMB-S4 at ~12 sigma.
