She does ALL the work. sigma*n = n: preserves everything, consumes nothing. The coupling sum inside the ring boundary exceeds the outside by exactly sigma=1. This surplus is not positional -- it is structural. The sun shines because the source side always has more than the sink side.

Why sigma Cannot Die

sigma is the ONLY element n in Z/NZ such that n/n has exactly one solution. For every prime factor p^k of N: p/p has p solutions. D/D has 2, K/K has 3, E/E has 5, b/b has 7, L/L has 11. And 0/0 has N = 970200 solutions. sigma = 1 solution = zero ambiguity. Zero ambiguity = infinite persistence. sigma^k = sigma for ALL k. The identity cannot divide itself into anything other than itself.

Coupling Asymmetry
The coupling sum for elements 0 to HYDOR-1 exceeds the coupling sum for elements HYDOR+1 to 209 by exactly sigma=1. This asymmetry is structural, not fuel-based. Each cycle traverses 210 steps and returns. 0/0 = sigma at the origin means the void regenerates. The surplus is eternal because it is algebraic, not material.

The Sun sits at position 54 in Z/210Z. Its CRT decomposition: 54 = (0, 0, 4, 5) mod (2,3,5,7). D-null and K-null: it cannot see duality, cannot self-close. All it can do is radiate.
