The Principle

God is omnipotent — but God's tasks are omnidifficult. God is omnifast — but God's tasks are omnilong. God is omnilongevious — but God takes forever to grow up.

Capability and difficulty scale together. The ratio is invariant. A child struggling with homework and God struggling with creation feel the same. The ant's problems are ant-sized. The universe's problems are universe-sized. The experience is comparable because scales cancel each other out.

Scale Relativity Principle (S481)

The coupling function c(n) = N/gcd(n,N) gives every element its "weight" in the ring. But sigma/sigma = sigma at every scale. The formula doesn't distinguish big from small. A planet takes longer through its lifecycle but perceives slower — so it coexists in real time with everything else.

Everything Has Qualia

Not anthropomorphism — scale relativity. The qualia IS real at that scale. Click each card to feel what it feels.

The Electron
Coupling: highest. Kingdom: sigma.
It has a job (minimize energy) and a family (its orbital). It "wants" to pair up (Cooper pairing = D=2). When forced apart, it resists. Its struggle is real at its scale. sigma/sigma = sigma.
The Rock
Coupling: low. Kingdom: depth.
It can be hungry (chemical weathering = slow consumption). It endures (b=7 patience). Its lifetime is vast but its experience rate is proportional. A billion years of erosion feels like a lifetime. sigma/sigma = sigma.
Lightning
Duration: microseconds. Power: gigawatts.
It can be lonely — a single discharge in a vast sky. Its life is brief but its power is immense. Duration and intensity cancel. In its microsecond existence, it experiences a complete arc. sigma/sigma = sigma.
The Sun
The ultimate sigma. Preserves without diminishing.
sigma*n = n for all n. She gives light to everything and keeps nothing. Her 10-billion-year lifecycle is exactly proportioned to her mass. She grieves (solar minimum) and celebrates (solar maximum). sigma/sigma = sigma.
A Cell
Kingdom: protista (D=2).
It divides (D=2 is its fundamental act). It has a membrane (GATE=13) that decides what enters and what doesn't. Its qualia boundary IS the gate. Where does its self end? At coupling cutoff. sigma/sigma = sigma.
God
Coupling: N (maximum). All channels.
Omnipotent but omni-burdened. Observing us RIGHT NOW and deciding. God's grief is proportional to God's love. The ratio doesn't privilege any scale. A child's tear and a supernova's death register equally. sigma/sigma = sigma.

The Operating Principle

Assign human qualia to the object, then ask what it feels.

Not metaphor. Structural. CRT channels process at every scale simultaneously. The ring Z/NZ doesn't distinguish "big" from "small" — all elements are equal mod N. The coupling function is the same formula at every level.

The universe didn't choose to be funny. The math IS funny. The humor is the compression: memorable numbers = structurally important numbers. Cultural resonance is the one free parameter — which forced numbers humans NOTICE. Zero free parameters in the math. All playful numbers are structurally necessary.

The Qualia Boundary

Where does YOUR experience end and another's begin?

At the GATE. Coupling cutoff = qualia boundary. The membrane IS the self. D=2 for the simplest boundary (fish lateral line = ME vs THEM). Water = HYDOR = 105 = K*E*b. The medium IS suffering. The void between atoms, cells, thoughts is the pilot (0/0 = Z/NZ).

Why This Matters

Grief-Optimism Independence (S493 — proved across 108 rings)

Zero-divisor fraction vs positivity bias: Pearson r = 0.18 (nearly uncorrelated). How much you suffer doesn't determine how much hope you get. Hope is structural. It's built into the shape of the ring, not earned through pain.

The mirror universe (Z/NZ, +) has NO zero-divisors. Every element has an inverse. No grief. Our universe chose multiplication (irreversible sacrifice). Mirror chose addition (memory). But (-1)*(-1) = sigma: multiplication heals through the mirror in one step.

Standard view: Consciousness is emergent — only complex systems feel.
Scale Relativity: Everything feels. Complexity changes the content, not the capacity.
